Early acceptance of dogs for members of the event committee may begin one-half hour prior to published test hours.

Entry Fee:  $26.00 per Event 
Entries must be made in advance.   
No day of entries will be accepted. 
Entries open March 4, 2026, at 12 Noon PST and close April 8, 2026, at 6pm PST 


Entries cannot be accepted prior to the open date and time and will be returned 

Entries must be received (not post marked) by close date and time

  • Event Committee – Three club members will be present.

  • The Hunt master is in charge of all dogs and handlers. She signals the lure operator to start the lure – when the lure is moving shouts “tally-ho”. Dog is released on “t” of tally-ho

Inspection Committee – Two club members w. ill inspect each entry – will measures at dog’s whither if necessary

  • Dogs may run without a collar or wear any type of collar except choker collars, electronic training collars or head collar. Collars should be snug. Tags should be secured to collar

  • The handler (holder/releaser) cannot recall dog from the start line

  • Cheering, clapping, calling dog’s name, whistling, and/or waving arms are allowed at the finish line

  • Noise making devices are not allowed

  • Toys, treats, flags are not allowed during run – they may be used after the dog crosses the finish line
